Welcome to Sally Casey Piano Studio — where creativity, connection, and a love of music come to life.
Nestled in the heart of Gig Harbor, this private piano studio offers a vibrant, nurturing space for students of all ages and ability levels. Whether you're starting fresh or returning to the keys after years away, you'll find encouragement, joy, and just the right kind of challenge here.

Ms. Sally Casey has been playing professionally since she was 15 years old and teaching piano for over two decades. She brings a creative, personalized approach to every lesson — weaving together classical theory, rhythm, technical skills, and improvisation with student-led exploration, favorite songs, and plenty of room to play. She empowers each learner to develop their own musical voice.

At this studio, music isn’t just practiced — it’s lived. And students don’t just learn to play — they play to learn. With quarterly recitals, Music Olympics, creative challenges, and lots of laughter along the way, Sally’s studio feels like a second home where students and families are truly known.

Sally has been an absolute treasure in our son's life, guiding him through over eight years of piano lessons. She's not just a wonderfully skilled teacher; she deeply listens to her students, building trust and fostering a genuine love for music. We particularly appreciated her flexibility and willingness to explore diverse musical styles. There was a period when our son strongly disliked classical piano, and Sally gracefully allowed him to pivot to other genres. Years later, he's come full circle, now embracing and loving classical music – a testament to Sally's patient and adaptable approach.
